ID1 Forms
The Land Registry sometimes requires an ID1 form to verify your identity. We can complete the verification for you at our West Bridgford office.
How it works
We can assist you in completing an ID1 form, which is required by the Land Registry. You will need to complete the first part of the form with your personal details and bring with you the originals of the documents listed on the form for the purposes of identification. You will also need to bring a passport-size photograph of yourself.
Arranging an appointment
If you would like to use our services in this respect, please either email us with your full name and address and request an appointment, or telephone our office to arrange one.
Please note: we require payment in full of our charges for an ID1 form before we will arrange an appointment. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or card payment.
